A multi-phased project transformed this average ranch house. Reaching out to their neighbors by creating an inviting gathering place on their front porch. In a previous phase, the family desired a backyard retreat to serve as a game room and space for guests. The main house was renovated to include a new kitchen, dining and living area with a small addition to accommodate an office. The strong architectural language creates multiple courtyards and outdoor rooms that are filled with light and rhythm.
